Returns Policy

All marquees go through a vigorous quality control process to ensure that there are no defects or faults prior to dispatch. Should a defect be present, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours in writing to info@popupmarqueeco.com.au including photos and a description of the issue.

A replacement marquee will be shipped out or a refund issued if a manufacturing defect is found.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by user error or weather.
